W.O.W. is specifically designed to help empower women in the weight-lifting world. Learn proper techniques with weight equipment, free bars, dumbbells, kettlebells and more! In this class, we help women discover their inner and outer strength while building confidence and pride as well.

BOOTCAMP IS EASY COMPARED TO OUR AFA!
This group class is designed with bootcamp style training to prepare you to earn your AFA ranks! We have privates, corporals, and more! In Atlas Fitness Academy, you will get a full-body workout using free bars, kettle bells, dumbbells, body weight, bands, and so much more. You will be able to test for each rank and once you've passed you'll be awarded a pin to show off your hard work!
